Bookings and Cancellations

Policies and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. Please read the following policies for our salon and barbershop. 

  • Existing guests may book with one of our Stylists or Barbers using our online booking service or calling the stylist directly. Please note that if you are receiving multiple services with us, it is advised to book your color service before your haircut.

  • If you are a new client looking for a new stylist we encourage you to register for online booking. We also recommend calling the salon prior to booking color or corrective color appointments. This allows us the opportunity to answer any questions and concerns you may have as well as tailor the appointment to your specific needs. 

  • Bleach & Tones, Corrective Color, Creative Color, Keratin Treatments, and Extensions cannot be booked online as they are complicated processes that require a consultation prior to booking. Consultations with us are always complimentary and can be booked by calling the Stylist directly.

  • Clean Ups cannot be booked online and must be booked by calling your Stylist or Barber directly.

  • Should a cancellation be necessary we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice, or you will be charged for missed appointments.

  • We do realize that life happens, and because of this may extend exception for first-time cancellations that fall within less than the 24-hours notice, However, all providers are independent contractors and this will be at your providers discretion.   After that, all cancellations that fall within less then this time frame will be subject to our strict cancellation policy and you could be charged 100% of the services booked.

  • Services rendered are non-refundable / products purchased  are not able to returned or exchanged.
