Bookings and Cancellations

Policies & appointment booking

 Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. Please read the following policies for our salon & barbershop 

Existing guests may book with our Stylists or Barbers using our online booking service or calling the stylist directly.

If you are a new client looking for a new stylist or barber, please look through our teams bios to see if you find someone you connect with. if you still need guidance please email or call us, we can help connect  to someone who may be a good fit

. we encourage all clients to register for online booking for ease of future booking:

  1. after you register online and create your profile, you can request an appointment with your desired provider. when your provider accepts your request, you are on the schedule and you will receive a confirmation. we will expect to see you and have reserved this time specifically for you!

  2. depending on when your appointment is scheduled, you will receive 2 more confirmations: 72hrs and 24hrs before your appointment via text. if at this time you need to reschedule or cancel,

please Reach out directly to your stylist or barber. that is the Only way to Cancel less then 24 hrs before your appointment.  

We recommend calling the salon to book a consultation prior to booking all extension or corrective color appointments. This allows us the opportunity to do our best answer any questions and address concerns you may have, as well as tailor the appointment to your specific needs. 

  • Bleach & Tones, Corrective Color, Creative Color, Keratin Treatments, and Extensions cannot be booked online as they are complicated processes that require a consultation prior to booking.

  • Consultations with us are always complimentary and can be booked by calling the salon or your Stylist directly 

  •   Clean Ups can be booked by calling your Stylist or Barber directly.

  • Should a cancellation be necessary we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice or you could be charged for late cancellation.

  • No call /no show or less 24hr notice of cancellation will result in a 100% charge of services booked.  

We do realize that life happens and because of this your provider may extend exception for first-time cancellations that fall within less than the 24-hours notice, However, all providers are independent contractors and this will be at your providers discretion.   

After that, all cancellations that fall within less then this time frame will be subject to our strict cancellation policy and you could be charged 100% of the services booked.

  •  ALL Services rendered are non-refundable

  • products purchased are not able to returned or exchanged -please choose carefully
